Privacy Policy
Network Time Foundation respects your privacy. We do not sell or provide your personal information to anyone outside of the Foundation.
If you complete our donation or membership form, it will ask for your name, email address, and mailing address. We do not store, or know, your credit card number as credit card processing is handled by the processor you choose (Stripe, PayPal, or Google Pay). Please refer to your processor’s privacy statement provided on their website.
We will only publish your name on our website’s donor list if you indicate your permission to do so when you donate or become a member.
If you opted to receive a t-shirt when completing the membership form, we will send the size requested to the address you provide. A staff member may contact you by email to verify the size, address, and expected delivery date.
For tax purposes, we email an annual statement at the beginning of the year following your donation which summarizes the amount and date for any donations made in the previous year. We may send an occasional news email with updates from Network Time Foundation. These emails provide an unsubscribe option should you wish to opt-out.
